The benefits of improved physical fitness and exercise are well documented and have clear benefits to physical and mental wellbeing. My background as a teacher of physical education, I am fully aware how to support athletes looking to take the next step with their training and with people who just need to want to get started or even take on a new challenge for a charity event. Coaching can help focus the mind to such challenges
